Resistance training - do it!!

I’ve been talking about this so much lately!

As we age if we’re not using our muscles we experience muscle loss. Muscle loss can lead to loss of functional capacity which can result in loss of independence. Use your muscles regularly to prevent losing them, and the good news is that using them can build them up too!
