Corinne Cox

 

Corinne is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has over 20 years of dietetic experience. She is a registered NDIS Service Provider and she is also an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wollongong in the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health. She takes a weight neutral approach to health, knowing that health is more than what the scales tell you!

 

Known for her balanced, down to earth and practical approach to life, health and wellbeing you will find Corinne warm, approachable and easy to talk to. Whether she is helping you as an individual set and achieve your own personal health and wellbeing goals, or helping your business achieve broader organisational goals in relation to food, menu, accreditation standards or training needs she will always deliver the very best in personalised, practical and client centred service and advice.

Corinne Cox, AdvAPD, MSc (Nutr and Diet)

 

Corinne has extensive experience as a trainer and presenter, and has been involved in establishing and delivering many and varied training programs aimed at dietitians, food service staff, managers and the general public throughout her career. She has recently been involved in the Co-Creating Safe and Enjoyable Meals for People with Swallowing Difficulty online training program as well as the Dietitian's Australia Capacity Building for Dietitians in Disability training program. She has also contributed to a number of landmark strategic dietetic resources for NSW Health, including the Nutrition Standards for both adults and mental health consumers, and the Diet Specifications for adult inpatients.

 

During her time as a hospital-based dietitian she worked across a broad range of clinical areas including gastrointestinal disorders, aged care, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, renal and oncology.

 

She has extensive specialist knowledge and experience as a food service dietitian and has worked with large organisations such as NSW Health, Corrective Services NSW and Youth Justice NSW
