Corinne Cox
Corinne is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has over 20 years of dietetic experience. She is a registered NDIS Service Provider and she is also an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wollongong in the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health.

Corinne has extensive experience as a trainer and presenter, and has been involved in establishing and delivering many and varied training programs aimed at dietitians, food service staff, managers and the general public throughout her career. She has also contributed to a number of landmark strategic dietetic resources for NSW Health, including the Nutrition Standards for both adults and mental health consumers, and the Diet Specifications for adult inpatients. During her time as a hospital-based dietitian she worked across a broad range of clinical areas including gastrointestinal disorders, aged care, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, renal and oncology. She has extensive specialist knowledge and experience as a food service dietitian as well as a special interest in nutrition informatics, dietetics and mental health, and paediatric dietetics.
