Working With Kids

Corinne is a mum to three teenage boys who keep her very busy, challenged and stimulated!

As a parent she understands the challenges of negotiating meal times with busy schedules, fussy eaters and behavioural challenges.

As a working mum she also understands the challenge of simply putting a meal on the table to feed a family each night. Planning, shopping and cooking for a family can be a tricky thing, not to mention packing interesting, varied and nutritious lunch boxes for school and/or pre-school each day!

If you’re a mum, dad or carer and any of these concerns or considerations sound familiar to you then come along and see Corinne and she’ll share some of her coping strategies with you, as well as help you to develop your very own strategies, tailored to meet yours and your family’s nutrition and wellbeing needs.
